Last Friday was my department’s holiday party (which I somehow ended up planning this year) and I won a super awesome prize. I won a Kindle. So. Cool. I just bought the Hunger Games Trilogy and am going to start reading it tonight. It is so small and lightweight, which will be perfect for traveling. I’m going skiing in a week and half and I am already picturing myself curled up in front of the fire reading my Kindle. Woohoo!

I didn’t take many photos at the party because I was too busy running making sure everything went smoothly, but as soon as I get some pictures from my coworkers I will have to post them and tell you more about the event. I’ve been working on it for a year and I can’t believe it’s over!
