A Busy Spring
I’ve done way less traveling the last couple of months than I normally do and it has been wonderful staying in one place and really enjoying all that Dallas has to offer. However, it’s time to get going again! This coming weekend is my last free weekend for the next seven and I am so excited about all the fun plans I have coming up.
March 10-11: sissy visits the Big D for her spring...
I would just like to point out that I got a legitimate sunburn during my run today. Like you’d think that I had been on spring break with the lines I have. It’s winter, people. I wasn’t aware I needed to wear sunscreen in February.
My roommate and I threw a bridal shower for our good friend at our apartment today and I think it went really well!
We had lots of pretty flowers
Ate goodies and more goodies
Drank champagne punch
Played some fun shower games
And enjoyed the company of lots of lovely ladies!
All in all, the perfect way to spend a sunny Saturday afternoon. Congrats to the bride to be!

So glad that it’s almost Friday. Have any fun plans? I literally have none, and it’s quite nice. I have been really busy recently (which is why I haven’t been posting as often as usual), but it’s been good busy. Great busy actually. Lots of exciting things going on! I knew 2012 would be a good year :)
