Sunday Funday
I have not had time to blog alllll weekend because I have done so much stuff. Yesterday I went to a local fair (total elementary school flashback), then went into the city and saw a play, came within seconds of seeing Barack Obama then went to a 20s/30s themed party during which I felt like I had actually been transported back 80 years. So fun. I stayed overnight in the city, ran into a college...

Sleep Talking...I recall none of this
Beth: (after waking up to me laughing in my sleep) Are you laughing?
Amy: Yeah, Dad's so funny!! Dad and Mark are at the...what's the word...parade!
Beth: Are you sleeping?
Amy: Maybe, maybe not
Beth: Go back to sleep
The Bachelorette
I’m currently watching episode 2 of The Bachelorette. Definitely the highlight of my day. Well, that and the adventure around the hospital in search of the baby nursery. Unfortunately that did not end well, but it was still fun.
Everything was fine and then I turned sixteen and boom boom pow.

Hillary Clinton's NYU Commencement Address →
It’s really worth watching. I thought she gave the perfect graduation speech.
More graduation!
I’ve been in NY for a couple of days going to NYU graduation events, so I haven’t had any time to blog. Lots of ceremonies and fun parties! Promise I’ll post pictures when I get home tomorrow.
Home!!!
Finally made it home. It was a long day of driving. I only nearly killed us once. Pics from the trip to come.
Road Trip
We made it to my favorite hotel in Roanoke, VA around 7 tonight. Had a great dinner at a sushi place in the cute little town near the hotel. Pictures to come when I get home. We should be home between 5 and 6 tomorrow.

Pub crawl and Packing
We finally got a break from packing to go to the senior public crawl in downtown Nashville last night. There were TONS of people, and we had a fantastic time. We started at Piranha’s then went to Wild Beaver, Buffalo Billiards and McFadden’s. We were supposed to go to Decades, but we decided to forgo that and go straight to McFadden’s. McFadden’s was definitely the most...
Bluebird Cafe
I finally got to the Bluebird Cafe tonight. On Sunday nights they have Writer’s Night so we got to hear 9 singer-songwriters each play 3 of their songs. It was a-mazing. I wish that I had gone earlier because I would make it a Sunday night tradition. One of my favorite of the writers that we saw was Michael Lee Hunt. We also got to see Tony Arata who is actually quite famous. He’s...
